Bill Ross

I am a small business coach and consultant working primarily with eCommerce business owners throughout the United States. I founded an eCommerce company and scaled it from an idea to a profitable multi-million dollar a year business. As the co-founder and CEO, I operated my eCommerce business for nearly 18 years. I also worked for three public companies in high-profile roles, including Amazon and several smaller businesses in operations and marketing roles.

During my time founding and scaling an eCommerce business, I learned there was not a lot of support for the particular challenges involved in running a small eCommerce company. Most eCommerce consulting firms focus on large-scale operations. In my experience, I found that there were not many small business coaches deeply skilled in eCommerce.

Today, I focus on supporting eCommerce business owners with approximately $400,000 in annual revenue in the start-up/scaling phase and upwards to $10 million in revenue for more experienced operations. Having been through it myself, I can help you manage growth and avoid the pitfalls involved in eCommerce.

I invested in coaching while running my own business and have worked with coaches, consultants, and business owners over the years. I learned how coaching unlocks doors for an entrepreneur. Today, I use my experience and knowledge to support other small business owners in achieving their goals.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Marketing & Information Systems.
